From an idea to a seed, to...

In the summer of 2019, after many years of dreaming, searching and a fair bit of procrastination, we finally found our cottage and smallholding overlooking Maskeen – “Little Mask,” part of Lough Mask on the Galway/Mayo border.

The pandemic accelerated a move back to the West of Ireland. It ignited a vision of creating a sustainable micro-farm, sowing the first seeds, and a new journey began...

Since then, we’ve refined our produce, improved growing systems, and worked towards year-round organic and bio-intensive production.

Today, we’re proud to grow the freshest, most nutritious microgreens, micro herbs, and speciality produce, providing our customers with quality, flavour and maximum health benefits.
