From an idea to a seed, to...

In late summer 2019, after many years of dreaming (and a fair bit of procrastination), we finally found our cottage and smallholding overlooking Maskeen – “Little Mask,” part of Lough Mask on the Galway/Mayo border.

The pandemic accelerated our move back to the West of Ireland and ignited our vision of creating a sustainable micro-farm. We sowed our first seeds, and our journey began...

Since then, we’ve refined our produce, improved growing systems, and worked towards year-round organic and bio-intensive production.

Today, we’re proud to grow the freshest, most nutritious microgreens, micro herbs, and speciality produce, providing our customers with quality and maximum health benefits.

Our produce is grown with 💚 and delivered to communities across Galway and Mayo.
