Our signature Microgreens Mix is a blend of tender tendril peas, nutty sunflowers, crisp broccoli, red and green kale, and peppery radish shoots. This vibrant mix adds a crunchy texture and a complex flavour balance of sweetness, earthiness, and a touch of spice. Whether for salads, sandwiches, wraps, or garnishes, it’ll elevate your meals with taste and nutrition.
